We're giving Santa a special treat this year - a holiday version of our Cowboy Cookie.  We've replaced the milk chocolate with red and green M&M's and added some sprinkles.  

This mix of oats, toasted pecans, sweetened coconut, Heath Bar bits, M&M's, and sea salt is so good there is a slight chance Santa will forget about leaving the presents and head straight for the plate of cookies shouting, "Yipee-ki-ho-ho-ho!"
