What you gotta know...

(Some of this is repeat info but we’re saying it twice because it's important)

Custom Boxes: we’ve got lots of flavors and we try to rotate them as much as we can, giving each cookie & bar their moment to shine. So there can be occasions when we have a particular flavor on one day and not the next. We will do all we can to fill your order exactly as requested but we may have to switch out flavors when absolutely necessary.

Shipping cookies during a global pandemic can be tricky.  Please read our shipping policies completely, and of course, we are happy to answer any questions you might have!

AND...you can change or cancel your order up to 24 hours before it is due to be baked.  Other than that, all cookie sales are final.

How do I place an order?

Go to “Build-a-Box” and follow the prompts. Once you’ve decided on what type/size box you’d like you can either pick the flavors yourself or click to have us create an amazing assortment for you.

Absolutely (we love doing that)!  Just select "Baker's Choice" from step #2 of Build-a-box and we'll create a great assortment for you!

Can I choose a flavor even if it's not on Today's Menu?

Unfortunately, not. With so many flavors, we can only keep a number of them in stock at a time.

HOWEVER, if there’s a particular flavor that you just gotta have, with enough notice and time, and ingredients permitting, we may be able to make a special batch just for you—we'd just ask is that you order a minimum of 3 dozen of that flavor.

Do you do same-day orders?

Yes! Please call the bakery at (424) 280-4100.  We don't add a same-day rush fee but the cost of hand delivery might be a little more depending on how late in the day you place your order.

Do you ship?

Yes!  Here's some important info about Nationwide Shipping:

  • It takes one day to process orders, so tomorrow's date will not be available on the delivery calendar -- if you need cookies to ship out today, please give us a call!
  • We do not ship over the weekend -- sorry, no Monday deliveries for shipping orders.
  • UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
  • Please double check the shipping address -- WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR AN UNDELIVERED BOX BECAUSE WE WERE GIVEN THE WRONG or PARTIAL ADDRESS.
  • Select your targeted delivery date on the calendar and we will do our best to get your order delivered as close to the requested date as possible -- WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE WITH ANY SHIPPING SERVICE.
  • Sadly, shipping delays are more frequent these days -- we suggest using UPS when possible (it's sometimes a little pricier, but cookies are more likely to arrive on time)
  • COOKIE GOOD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS IN SHIPPING and cannot issue refunds because of shipping delays.

    Do you ship cookies in the wood boxes?

    Unfortunately, we don’t. The wood boxes are open-topped which makes shipping difficult.

    Will my cookies still be fresh when they arrive?

    Yes! We wrap the entire box in cellophane to keep cookies fresh as they travel to their destination.

    How long will the cookies stay fresh?

    There is nothing like fresh-baked cookies!  While it's always our preference to have people eat the cookies soon after they are baked, we know that's not always possible.  Wrapping the entire box in cellophane or plastic wrap will keep them fresh longer (which is exactly how we ship them).  Keeping your box wrapped at home will do the same thing.  You can also take the cookies out of the box and keep them in a plastic storage bag.

    The cookies freeze really well! Placed in a freezer bag, they can hang out in the freezer for a couple of months.  When hankering for a cookie, you can put the cookie-filled bag on the counter to come to room temp OR, for "fresh-baked", put the frozen cookies on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 5 minutes. It's surprising how good frozen cookies can be!  (FYI - we don't recommend putting cookies that are glazed in the oven)

    Can I pick up my order?

    Yes! Yes! Just let us know when you’d like them (select your date and time on our scheduling calendar in the shopping cart) and we’ll have them baked, packed & ready at our bakery.

    For same day, just give us a call.

    Do you offer hand-delivery?

    Yes! We can have cookies hand delivered within 25 miles from our bakery. The delivery fee is determined by both distance and time, and ranges from $16 to $45. Simply enter the destination zip code in checkout and you will see all delivery options available to you.

    If you would like hand delivery for further than 25 miles from our bakery, please call us to arrange special delivery at (424) 280-4100 or email at info@cookiegood.com. We are happy to help!

    Here is some important info about Local Hand Delivery: 

    • We do not offer same day delivery through our website -- want cookies delivered today? Give us a call!
    • Deliveries are done sometime between noon and 5pm -- if you'd like cookies delivered by 3pm, please select "rush" delivery.
    • Please double check the delivery address (we will send the cookies to the address as given).
    • Please make sure that someone will be home to accept delivery or that it is okay to leave cookies in a safe place (and, make sure to give us the gate or door code or any other pertinent info for us to complete the delivery).
    • If we have to re-deliver or re-route for any reason, you may be charged an additional delivery fee.

    Got allergies?

    We do our best to separate cookies & bars that don’t play well with others but if you have allergies please be advised that our kitchen is DEFINITELY NOT wheat/nut/soy/dairy/peanut-free.

    If you have a specific allergy not listed here, please ask us.

    All cookies are baked in the same ovens (although flavors with nuts and gluten-free cookies are baked on separate trays).

    Do you have anything gluten-free?

    Although we are clearly not a gluten-free kitchen, all of the ingredients we use to make our GF cookies & bars are kept separate from our other ingredients – no flour-tainted scoops will touch our GF chocolate chips, sugars or leaveners.

    Dough is made with shared equipment but cleaned thoroughly between use.

    Most of our GF cookies are all made with almond flour and have no added butter.

    Do you have anything dairy-free?

    Our GF Snickerdoodle and GF Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies are also dairy free (our other GF flavors contain chocolate chips).

    Sorry, we’re still trying to create a vegan cookie recipe that we feel is cookie good (it is NOT as easy as one would think...plus, we have very high standards!)
