We keep a big jar filled with all kinds of M&M's at home (it's got everything from Plain to Pretzel to Caramel)...but, truthfully, the only ones I ever really want are the Peanut M&M's.  So simple, so good.

This cookie is packed with Peanut M&M's (we're talking 24 oz of candy in a single batch - that's a whopping 12 pounds in the big batches we make here at the bakery).  We even toss in a few roasted peanuts and milk chocolate chips just for fun.
