A caramelized brown sugar dough (with just a touch of cinnamon) gets rolled it in a healthy layer of cinnamon-sugar...and then we spoon on more cinnamon-sugar creating a deliciously crackly crust. When our son was 8 he called these the “U.Y.C” – unidentified yummy cookie – 16 years later, it’s still his favorite.
