This looks and tastes a lot like our Dark Chocolate Brownie - it's rich and chewy and intensely chocolatey - but it's GLUTEN-FREE!  

Honestly, everything gluten-free should taste this good. 

During Passover, we switch out the corn starch for potato starch and use Kosher-for-Passover baking powder.
