PLEASE NOTE: Available calendar dates are specific to the service requested and availability is not the same on all calendars. For for example, while we offer in-store pickups on Saturdays, we do not offer shipping or local hand deliveries on Saturdays. So, please know that if you select a date from one calendar and then opt for a different service at checkout, we may not be able to honor your request.
No shipping service is guaranteed right now -- shipping delays can and do happen. And, while USPS Priority Mail is pretty good about getting cookies delivered in 1-2 days in Southern California, we have see A LOT of delays to the rest of the country (sometimes up to 6 days). UPS 2-Day sometimes costs more than Priority Mail, their track record of getting cookies delivered on time is much better than Priority Mail -- if you want to minimize the risk of cookies being delivered late, UPS 2-Day is a very good option (but again, UPS is no longer guaranteeing 2-day service). Please take care in selecting your shipping option as we will not be able to refund orders due to shipping delays.
We ship nationwide.
Please make sure to triple check your shipping address - we will ship to the address as given. We cannot be responsible for any delays or returns because of an inaccurate address. Cookies are very perishable, making it impossible to resend boxes if they come back to us.
We typically ship Monday through Wednesday (some exceptions to that include shipping to the LA area or using a shipping service that offers a guaranteed delivery date). We don't ship over the weekend (no one wants cookies to spend any extra time at the post office)
Select your ideal arrival date on the calendar (at the bottom of the cart page) - we'll do our best to get cookies there as close to that date as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot target a Monday delivery for any shipping order or Tuesday for deliveries going out of the LA area.
We usually need 24 hours to process online orders - if you need your order to arrive tomorrow, please call the shop and we'll do our best to get it baked/shipped for you quickly.
If you don't select a delivery date, we'll get your order out on the next available shipping day.
We will send you tracking information as soon as your box ships.
Please know that schedules fill up quickly during the holidays and processing times will be longer than normal.
We hand deliver throughout LOS ANGELES.
Rates will be given at checkout and range from $16-$45.
Deliveries are typically done between noon and 5pm - if you need cookies to arrive by 3pm, please select "Rush" delivery on the checkout page. Or, if you'd like cookies delivered at a specific time or have a special delivery request please call or email us.
Please make sure to triple check your delivery address - we will send the messenger to the address as given. If the address is wrong and a new delivery is needed, new delivery charges will apply.
If no one is present when the cookies are delivered, the delivery service will leave the cookies as long as there’s a safe/clean spot...but if redelivery is required, additional delivery charges will apply.
You cannot select same-day delivery online - if you need a delivery today, please call the shop and we'll do our best to get it out as quickly as possible (rush fees on delivery only may be added).
You can select your date and pickup time on the Cart Page "Store Pickup" calendar. If the slot you're looking for is not available OR if you need to get your cookies before we open at 11am, please call or email us and we will try to accommodate.
You cannot select same-day pick-up online - if you need an order today, please call the shop and we'll do our best to get it ready as quickly as possible (we'll need to confirm payment information before starting your order)
Metered parking is available on the street and around Douglas Park. If you can't find a space, you can head next door to Fia restaurant -- if the valet is there, just tell him that you're coming to Cookie Good and he'll find you a spot.

We understand that plans change but please know that every cookie box is baked to order. If you need to cancel or change your order in any way, we need 24 hours notice - once your order has been baked we cannot reuse/resell the cookies and will not be able to issue any refunds.
