We understand that plans change but please know that every cookie box is baked to order.  If you need to cancel or change your order in any way, we need 24 hours notice - once your order has been baked we cannot reuse/resell the cookies and will not be able to issue any refunds.


We ship nationwide.

Please make sure to triple check your shipping address - we will ship to the address as given.  We cannot be responsible for any delays or returns because of an inaccurate address.  Cookies are very perishable, making it impossible to resend boxes if they come back to us. 

We typically ship Monday through Wednesday (some exceptions to that include shipping to the LA area or using a shipping service that offers a guaranteed delivery date).  We don't ship over the weekend (no one wants cookies to spend any extra time at the post office)

Select your ideal arrival date on the calendar (at the bottom of the cart page) - we'll do our best to get cookies there as close to that date as possible.  Unfortunately, we cannot target a Monday delivery with any shipping service.  

We usually need 24 hours to process online orders - if you need your order to arrive tomorrow, please call the shop and we'll do our best to get it baked/shipped for you.

If you don't select a delivery date, we'll get your order out on the next available shipping day.

Be advised that USPS Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed service - if it quotes "1-day" or "2-day" this means it should take 1 or 2 days to arrive but it can take more time.  If you need a specific delivery date, please choose UPS (Ground, 2-day, or Next Day Air).  While UPS is more reliable about hitting their "guaranteed" delivery dates, unforeseen delays in shipping deliveries can happen!  If a delivery is delayed because of UPS error and they refund the delivery charge, we will pass that refund on to you.

We will send you tracking information as soon as your box ships.

If you'd like to ship to more than one location, you can either process each order separately or you can call or email us directly.  

Please know that schedules fill up quickly during the holidays and processing times will be longer than normal.

And remember, if your order includes a WOOD BOX, you'll need to use FREE PICK UP or LOCAL HAND DELIVERY only. 

local hand delivery

We hand deliver throughout LOS ANGELES.

Rates will be given at checkout and range from $16-$45.  

Deliveries are typically done between noon and 5pm - if you need cookies to arrive by 2pm, please select "Rush" delivery on the checkout page.  Or, if you'd like cookies delivered at a specific time or have a special delivery request please call or email us.

Please make sure to triple check your delivery address - we will send the messenger to the address as given.  If the address is wrong and a new delivery is needed, new delivery charges will apply.   

If no one is present when the cookies are delivered, the delivery service will leave the cookies as long as there’s a safe/clean spot...but if redelivery is required, additional delivery charges will apply.

You cannot select same-day delivery online - if you need a delivery today, please call the shop and we'll do our best to get it out as quickly as possible (rush fees on delivery only may be added).  


free pick-up

Orders are ready at noon on your selected date - if you need an earlier pick-up time, please call or email us for availability. 

You cannot select same-day pick-up online - if you need an order today, please call the shop and we'll do our best to get it ready as quickly as possible (we'll need to confirm payment information before starting your order)

Metered parking is available on the street and around Douglas Park.  If you can't find a space, you can head next door to The Wilshire restaurant - tell the valet that you're coming to Cookie Good and he'll find you a spot.
