If I were stranded on a deserted island and could only have 5 foods, Cap'n Crunch Peanut Butter Crunch would definitely be in my tattered satchel. I love peanut butter, I love Cap'n Crunch; clearly, this cereal really does it for me. We've tried over the years to make a CCPBC cookie worthy of its namesake...and at last we have.
This thick, chewy, crunchy, peanut buttery cookie delivers on so many levels that I just might grab a few (dozen?) and head to that deserted island right now!
