chai sugar cookie

We were recently tasked with coming up with a Chai Sugar Cookie that'd be handed out at events all around the country to celebrate the release of a new album by one of our favorite artists.  We started with her famous recipe and made a few tweaks of our own.

"Our version" is dense and chewy with crisp edges and lots of warm spice -- cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, allspice & star anise. A thick, glossy vanilla bean glaze helps strike the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

This cookie is available to order online and will be sold at our shop on Friday, October 3rd.
