Not sure when it happened but pumpkin spice is now synonymous with Fall. And, as much we try to resist a fad, we can absolutely see why.
This new cookie is practically an ode to Autumn. One bite of this cinnamony, gingery, nutmeggy, and, of course, pumpkiny cookie (that's been dipped in a spiced sugar) and you can actually see maple leaves turn color.
Seems like pumpkin spice, like our 24-year-old Chia Pet, is one fad we can whole-heartedly embrace.
