Butterscotch pudding was my absolute favorite as a kid and, trying Salted Butterscotch Pot de Crème as a “grown up”, brought back my obsession for this brown sugary, brown buttery, uniquely butterscotch dessert. Our cookie version is chewy inside, crunchy on the edges, salty on top, and super butterscotchy throughout.
